All of our medical certificates are generated electronically, as this improves efficiency and is kinder to the environment. After your video consultation, you will receive an email containing a link to your Qoctor profile/dashboard within a few minutes. From there, you can download your certificate (and print it if you wish). Alternatively, you can just log in to your Qoctor profile and you will see the download option there.

Employers will generally accept a PDF copy of your medical certificate, either print copy or via email. Employers can also go online to check its validity (though this just allows them to authenticate the certificate - patient confidentiality is always maintained and your personal information is never shared).
