We understand that sometimes plans change and people need to change their appointment times - so we've made it easy to do this, once you give us a little advance notice (15 minutes or more is enough!).
There are three ways to change the time of your video consultation:
- When you have booked a video consultation, selected your time slot and confirmed your booking, you'll receive an email into your chosen email account with the subject heading "Your Qoctor consultation". Within the text of this email you will see there is a link: "change consult time". Click this link and you will be able to enter a process to select a new consult time. This option works until 15 minutes before your consultation time.
- Alternatively you can log in to your patient profile on the Qoctor website, and click on ‘change consult time’ beside the relevant booking listed there. This can be done up to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment slot.
- Lastly, if you are having difficulties with either of these methods, you can can contact our customer service team directly - for the quickest response, reach out to our team using live chat via the Qoctor home page during working hours (8.30am to 9pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 5pm on Sunday).
Please include the following details in your message: your name, date and time of your current appointment booking, the order number (not essential, but useful) and your preferred new appointment time. We will be happy to assist.
