Can Qoctor offer a Centrelink certificate?

It may be possible to obtain a Centrelink form SU415, or its digital version SU683 from a telehealth doctor at Qoctor, if it relates to a brief illness or absence (e.g. a few days duration). This is subject to the doctor's assessment, via video call. For longer term (more than a week) or recurring illnesses, we strongly recommend you see a local doctor in person, as Services Australia favour this approach for ongoing issues. You can learn more about Centrelink Certificates HERE.
