If you have previously signed up with Qoctor, and you register a second account with similar details that match your existing profile, this creates a duplicate user in our system and therefore suspends your account. This is to prevent the duplication of patient files and patient medical history.
The Qoctor Customer Service team is alerted when this occurs, and we will be in touch with you either via email or mobile to confirm your preferred email address and contact number. Once we have confirmed your details, we are able to reinstate your Qoctor account ensuring your preferred details are kept on file for you.
If you receive a notification from our system that your account has been temporarily suspended due to a duplicate user error, we will be in touch with you to resolve this as soon as possible.
