It only takes a few minutes to receive your medical certificate after completing your video consultation with the doctor.

• A link will be sent to your email address to download the certificate. If you can't see this email, please check your spam folder.
• Alternatively you can log in to your Qoctor account and download your medical certificate directly.
• Once you download the certificate you can print it out, or you can send it as an attachment to your employer.
