Pharmacy Concierge Service is Qoctor's priority prescription service wherein your prescription is emailed through to a nominated pharmacy of your choice to allow for same day medication dispense and purchase. 

Generally speaking, we offer a 2 hour turnaround time for a PCS prescription to be processed during business hours, subject to your nominated pharmacy's trading hours and stock availability. 

To have your prescription issued through our Pharmacy Concierge Service, please select this as your shipping method when placing your order, and input the name and address of your nominated pharmacy in the relevant shipping information fields following the completion of your online questionnaire / assessment. 

PCS orders are processed during Qoctor's staffed administrative hours: 8AM - 9PM AEDT daily.
